Why is an initial consultation important?
An initial consultation is important because:
- It gives you the chance to decide whether therapy is appropriate for you.
- It gives me the chance to decide whether therapy is appropriate for you.
- It gives me the chance to consider the most suitable therapy for your needs, to help you overcome your problems in the shortest possible time.
- It gives us both the chance to make sure we are comfortable with each other and that there is a good rapport, as this is an important element of the client-therapist alliance.
Hours of Business
Appointments are made available for day times and evenings, Mon-Sat.
Location
Renting therapy rooms to see clients offers much less flexibility in appointment timings. I now hold most appointments in a private, comfortable and relaxing therapy room at my home in Bromley, just off Southborough Lane, on the borders with Bickley, Chislehurst and Petts Wood: Only a short drive from Keston, Hayes, West Wickham, Shirley, Beckenham, Addington and Orpington. Off-road parking is available.

Initial Consultation: FREE, over the telephone (approx 20mins)
Standard Appointment (approx 60mins): £70
Quit Smoking Programme (90-120mins): £150
Quit Smoking Preparation (if preferred) (45-60mins): £70
